By accessing this website or purchasing from Graded Investors (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Services We Provide

We may offer:

  • Pre-grading evaluation and guidance (opinions/education)

  • Submission preparation assistance

  • Shipping guidance and packaging recommendations

  • Workshops/consultations and other educational services

  • Physical products in our online store

  • Membership/community benefits (including Discord access, if applicable)

2) No Affiliation With PSA/BGS/CGC

Graded Investors is not affiliated with PSA, Beckett (BGS), CGC, or any grading company unless explicitly stated in writing.

3) Grading Results Are Not Guaranteed

All opinions, grades estimates, and recommendations are not guarantees. Final grades and outcomes are determined solely by the grading companies. You understand that:

  • A card can receive a lower (or higher) grade than expected

  • Grading standards can change

  • Surface/centering/print defects may be missed or appear under different lighting and magnification

4) Customer Responsibilities (Cards & Accuracy)

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information for orders and services

  • Choosing which cards to submit

  • Verifying spelling, addresses, declared values, and submission details

5) Handling, Shipping, and Risk of Loss

If you ship cards to us or to a grading company:

  • Shipping carriers assume risk while packages are in transit

  • We strongly recommend insured, tracked shipping

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers or third parties

If you deliver cards in person (if offered), you are responsible for safe transport.

6) Turnaround Times

Any turnaround times mentioned are estimates and can change due to:

  • Volume

  • Grading company timelines

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays or events

7) Payments

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8) Memberships

If memberships are offered:

  • Billing is recurring monthly unless stated otherwise

  • You can cancel at any time (access continues until the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated)

  • Membership perks may change over time (we’ll aim to keep value equal or better)

Discord/community access may require manual verification and can take up to [24–48 hours] to activate.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse or harass staff or community members

  • Share paid member resources outside the membership (if applicable)

  • Attempt fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized access

We may refuse service or revoke access for violations, at our discretion.

10) Intellectual Property

All website content, templates, checklists, guides, and resources are owned by Graded Investors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graded Investors is not liable for:

  • Grading outcomes

  • Market value changes

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Carrier delays/loss/damage

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product/service at issue.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
